Many insurance companies offer counselling for their customers, either through their own private insurance or through work based schemes. Please check with your insurance provider to see if you are eligible for accessing some sessions through your policy.
I am registered with a number of Insurance Providers to provide counselling for eligible policyholders. If I am not registered with your insurance company you can always check with them to see if they are able to add me to their network.
